You don't need to be sporty either. Our gentle dance classes are lead by professional dance instructors who provide classes tailored to your ability, newcomer or seasoned pro. Dance is all about having fun in a social environment and having an opportunity for a creative outlet

No partner required and it's a great way to keep minds and bodies active.
