Dance Services

We absolutely love to dance here at Faye O’Connor Dance and we deliver dance in your community and choreography for special occasions. We have two strands to Faye O’Connor Dance;

Xpress-Yourself and From This Dance Forward.

Dance can benefit our health, wellbeing, communication, creativity and expression. It is art form that allows us to move in our own time and space. Dance is also actually quite good fun and so nourishes our need to laugh and be social with other people. It is in fact one of the most popular pastimes with people from around the world.

Xpress-Yourself was set up in 2013 and specialises in facilitating community dance workshops. We work a lot with those who are over 50 and those who are frail and elderly, dance has no age limit.

From This Dance Forward was set up in 2015 and specialises in choreographing wedding dances whether you want to be little more confident or want a show stopping routine we will work with you to ensure you have your dream wedding dance.

Across all our work we believe that everyone is a dancer and so we ensure that we work with an inclusive approach so that everyone can participate. Our work sees us work with children from the age of three to adults who are 103 and our main philosophy is to ensure that everyone can enjoy dance because we believe that everyone is a dancer.

Our friendly smile is what guides you to your dancing destination through choreography and dance workshops and it is the reason why we are booked again and again.

We work choreographing dances for weddings and deliver dance workshops in care homes, schools, and also run adult dance classes. So whether you have never danced, think that you have two left feet or feel that dancing is a thing of your past we want to work with you and help you enjoy one of life’s simple pleasures; to dance.
